This is such an easy recipe to make and it can be very pretty to serve in a glass container.
Swiss Cake Dessert
Ingredients:
- 2 boxes of swiss cake rolls
- 1 family sized box of chocolate pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz cool whip
Directions:
Slice the cake rolls into 4-5 slices per roll. Line the bottom and sides of a container with the slices.
Mix the pudding and milk until it starts to thicken and then fold in the cool whip.
Pour the pudding over the cake slices and smooth the top. Top with additional cool whip and cake crumbs, if desired.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and serve.
