Peanut Butter Cracker Cookies

Ingredients:

• 2 sleeves of Ritz crackers
• Creamy peanut butter
• 1-2 c. Chocolate chips, melted

Directions:

Spread peanut butter between two crackers as you would for a simple peanut butter cracker.

Dip the filled crackers in melted chocolate. Set on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.

Chill for about 30 minutes and enjoy.
