Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1t. salt (we like to use garlic salt)
  • 1 t.  black pepper
  • 8 – 10 slices bacon (try using different flavors)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Rub the salt and pepper into all sides of the pork loin.

Wrap the loin with bacon in a spiral pattern. You can try to overlap the pieces in a spiral pattern or use toothpicks to secure.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Lightly brown all sides of the pork loin.

Transfer to the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until it is cooked through.
