This is probably one of the most made cookie recipes in our home as both of my older girls learned how to make these when they were young and they quickly became experts!
These also go by other names such as Preacher Cookies, Beaver Dams, Haystacks, Mud Pies, and Cocoa Quickies but no matter what you call them they are delicious!
No-Bake Oatmeal Cookies
No-Bake Oatmeal Cookies printable recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. milk
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3 c. oatmeal
Directions:
Combine the sugar, cocoas, butter, and milk in a large saucepan on medium heat.
Let boil for 1 minute, remove from heat.
Add the other ingredients.
Stir well and drop by spoonfuls on wax paper.
Chill and Enjoy!
