Spring is in the air!

We can see the signs of Spring all around us as the fruit trees and bushes are starting to bloom, the birds are nesting, and our animals are having little ones. We can also see the pollen everywhere but it reminds us that everything is starting fresh and new for the year and it is kind of exciting.

One of the things that the kids always look forward to are these Empty Tomb Rolls at Easter. Since I’ve been studying more about the Holy Days vs Holidays I’m not sure how our Easter will look as I am really leaning more into a Passover celebration. These will still be great to help teach the kids about the resurrection while spending some quality time with them.

Another thing they are always looking forward to is starting seeds… we’ve got quite a few started and hopefully, some of them will be in the ground by the time this post is published.

My seeds were a mess as I’ve been keeping them in a box, sorted with baskets that keep getting turned over and scattered around. I found these amazing photo storage boxes that work perfectly for getting all of those seed packets organized! I bought them on sale so you may be able to find them a little cheaper if you search around a little or add them to your cart so that they will notify you of any price changes.

The kiddos are always excited for the chance to help make some chocolate-covered eggs as well. I always looked forward to these when I was a kid and I love that my kids can have this memory as well!

We haven’t made them in a couple of years but I do plan to make a few this year for them… I might even have one or two myself as a special treat or maybe I’ll try to come up with a keto-friendly version? Who knows what I’ll do… I sure don’t!

We hope you give the rolls and/or eggs a try! God Bless!
