What the heck are Pourtillas? Well, they are pourable tortillas… and they are so good and easy.
We love tacos and burritos on homemade tortillas but I don’t really like how long it takes me to get them rolled out so I wanted something a little easier.
Mr. Awesome likes the keto tortillas but they always seem to thin and fall apart, but these are just right plus they are quick and easy to make although I usually have two or three pans going to get them done in a hurry. You can even mix this up ahead of time and keep it in the fridge so you can make fresh, hot tortillas whenever you want them!

Sourdough Pourtillas
2 c flour
1 1/2 – 2 c water
1 c sourdough starter or discard
1 t salt
Mix all of this together … you may need to add a little more water to get the consistency correct.
Heat a skillet on medium heat and add a small amount of oil or nonstick spray.
Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan and cook until the top is bubbly.
Gently flip with a spatula and cook until done.
Put on a plate and cover with a cloth until ready to eat.
Use as you would a regular flour tortilla.
These are AMAZING and so easy to make!
