Mr. Awesome, his dad, and his brother went fishing a bit ago and his brother had brought some tuna salad for lunch. I guess it was pretty good because I keep hearing about it and about how amazing it is to eat with Frito scoops! I haven’t tried it yet but plan to do so soon!

I never got the chance to meet Grannie but I’ve tried some of her recipes and they have been AMAZING so I’m sure this one will be too!

This is how this recipe was originally given to me:

One large mixing bowl…

5 to 6 or more boiled eggs to taste… cut up eggs to taste in mixing bowl…

Then add 3 cans of Tuna after draining oil or water from Tuna cans…

Place Tuna in bowl…

Then add Two Tablespoons of your sweet relish then your chopped up big onions… to taste… Then add two tablespoons of your favorite mayonnaise… salt and pepper mix well… serve with bread or crackers… Voila yummy
