Boy did I have a busy day! I had to get up early to run some errands but I could’ve laid in bed a bit longer. I’ve been super exhausted lately… not sure exactly why but maybe the holidays and houseful of kids have something to do with it.

Recently I had the opportunity to read and review ‘The way of fate: A True Story From the Kindertransport‘ written by George Shefi. This is a wonderful story about how the Holocaust affected a young boy, his family, and those around him.

It is very inspirational to read how optimistic he was and his sense of humor keeps the whole story very light. He was sent away by his mother at the age of 7.
