Quick Tip: If you don’t want or like to roll out the dumplings you can add a little extra milk to your dough and drop it by spoonfuls into the boiling broth.

Breaded Pork Chops
Breaded Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 2/3 c. bread crumbs
- 2 t. seasoned salt or garlic salt
- 1 t. black pepper
- 8 boneless pork chops, 1/4 inch thick
- 1 c. flour
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 4 t. olive oil
Directions:
Place breadcrumbs in a shallow dish.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over both sides of pork chops.
Place flour in a shallow dish; put beaten eggs in another shallow dish.
Dredge chops in flour, then dip in eggs, and then in breadcrumbs.
Heat the oil in a large skillet, add pork chops and cook for 2-3 minutes each side, or until lightly browned.
Serve with Baked Sweet Potatoes or Super Yummy Caulitaters and a green veggie!
Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs
Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients:
- 3 pounds baby back ribs
- salt and pepper to taste (we like to use mineral salt or Lawry’s garlic salt)
- 1/2 c. broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (18 ounces) bottle barbeque sauce
Directions:
Sprinkle the ribs with salt and pepper.
Pour water into the slow cooker.
Place the ribs into the slow cooker. Top with onion and garlic.
Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 375.
Once cooked, transfer ribs to a baking sheet. Discard onion and garlic. Coat ribs with barbeque sauce.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes.
