This is one of those recipes I learned in Home Ec so many years ago. It is a little on the sweet side if memory serves me right so you may want to adjust the sugar amounts.
7-Up Punch
Ingredients:
- 1 liter 7-Up
- 23 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 packet of cherry kool-aid
- 1 packet of lemon-lime or lemonade kool-aid
- 3 c. sugar
- 3 quarts water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and chill.
Enjoy!
Pollywog's Place Blog 
They make something similar whenever they have a party in the hospital for the kids. They use 7-up or sprite and rainbow sherbert. I will have to show them this one to try something a little different 🙂
