Special Fall Meals and Recipe Links

Plus we’ve got lots of ideas for those special meals that happen during September, October, and November. Hopefully, you will still have time to grab the items you need for the upcoming meals!

We have been studying about the Biblical Feasts and have come up with a few meal ideas but I’m not sure if these are ‘traditional or not’ but here are some that we haven’t published yet:

Sabbath (Weekly)Make Ahead or Freezer Meals, Crockpot meals, Cold Plate Dinners,
and a Light Dessert
We also try to make a couple of loaves of Challah Bread the day before. Leftover Challah makes amazing French Toast!

**I have read that on Rosh Hashanah it is common to eat something from the head of the animal (ex: tongue) or to bake a whole fish for the meal… this may be something you want to research more on your own though.

I am NO EXPERT and I can not guarantee that these menus are traditional or approved but they are menus that we will be attempting to follow unless we learn that they conflict with something else.
