Special Holiday Meals: Holy Week Menu Plans

The week before Easter is called Holy Week as it celebrates Jesus’s entry into Jerusalem. It begins on Palm Sunday and ends on Easter Sunday, when we remember his resurrection. It includes key days like Maundy Thursday (Last Supper), Good Friday (crucifixion), and Holy Saturday (Jesus in the tomb), focusing on reflection and the final events of Jesus’s earthly life.** from Google Search

These are some ideas that I have come up with, after a little research and discussion with others. Feel free to use these as suggestions, if you like:

Why not start the week with a Bethlehem/Jerusalem Dinner?

Be sure to include a tray of Figs and Cheese

Maundy Thursday – Last Supper Theme

Easter Sunday –(You may choose to have a Brunch similar to Mother’s Day)
