Our theme of the month is KINDNESS, so my kiddos made some lists of ways that they can show KINDNESS to others. Below are the top 10 ways that they had listed:
- Helping others with chores around the house and/or helping others without being asked.
- Using KIND words, no grumbling or complaining.
- Doing Random ACTS of KINDNESS.
- Having a good attitude and showing love to others.
- Sharing with others.
- Spending time with others.
- Cooking a meal or making a snack for someone.
- Talking to people and having a listening ear.
- Playing games with others and letting them choose what game to play.
- Writing a nice note or making a card for someone.
The Random Acts of KINDNESS week is February 14-20 with Random Acts of KINDNESS day falling on the 17th. Our theme for February was LOVE, but we did try to participate in RAK. You can find more ideas and activities for Random Acts of KINDNESS here:
