Mississippi Pot Roast

I’ve had this recipe for a while but I forgot where I got it from originally. I love this recipe as it is so easy to put together and throw in the crockpot. Not to mention the fact that it smells AMAZING! We usually serve it with mashed potatoes and veggies.

You might even want to try making some homemade bread to go along with this… so GOOD! Add in an easy cobbler or dump cake and you’ve got a complete dinner that everyone will be asking you to put on REPEAT!

Alice Springs Chicken (copy cat)

I make this recipe every 3 -4 months because it is a little bit more expensive and takes a little more time to put together. It is well worth the extra time though. Continue reading “Alice Springs Chicken (copy cat)”

Daddy Can’t-Wait Casserole

I got this recipe from a church dinner. I just loved the name of the recipe and it is always a winner here. Serve with mashed potatoes and corn muffins. This is a great way to use up some of those leftover veggies that are hanging out in the fridge!
