Super Easy Rotisserie Chicken Salad
Okay, these aren’t really eggs nor do they use eggs, but it’s Easter and I had to include them.
This is such an easy thing to make and so delicious… I just boiled some eggs so I think I might just whip up some really quick and have a sandwich as it is way past lunchtime! I may have forgotten to get the ingredients for the Chocolate Covered Eggs but I did remember everything for the Empty Tomb Rolls as my kiddos have been dying to make these again. They are so easy and make such a great way to teach your kids about the real reason for Easter.
Some of you may remember that I’ve mentioned I have a couple of special needs kiddos. These two have been quite challenging and I have faced many parenting issues that have been quite difficult to get through… I mean like heart wrenching issues that made me doubt my abilities to parent them at all.
