I plan to incorporate a few of these into our normal homeschool routine to add a little fun and excitement to our days. Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

Oh my! This is such a wonderful dessert. I learned this recipe back in Home Ec. I’ve enjoyed making it for a long time now. It is pretty rich so we don’t eat it very often but the kids consider it a real treat when we do. Try this drizzled with some Homemade Caramel Sauce for an extra special treat. Upside-Down Meatloaf

This has got to be my number one favorite meatloaf recipe. We usually serve it with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. The whole family enjoys this one and even likes to have meatloaf sandwiches if there are leftovers. Sometimes I add a pack of Lipton Onion Soup Mix to this. Continue reading “Upside-Down Meatloaf”
