Santa Pancakes

December 6th is St. Nicholas Day. It happened to fall on a Tuesday which is normally our French Toast day but the kids loved this extra special treat. Below are the instructions for how I assembled these today. These did take a little extra time but the look on their faces was well worth it!

As I mentioned on the Holidays page I am attempting to do an Advent study here at our house. Sometimes I get so many ideas going in my head that I just can’t seem to get them in order in time to use them. This year I have went ahead and began ordering a few books and researching a few ideas on Pinterest. (I set a reminder on my  Cozi Calendar to research Advent.
