These are some of our ‘Go-To’ recipes for special patriotic-themed holidays and celebrations. We also use them for Election Day and Veterans’ Day.

MEMORIAL DAY
Grilled Chicken or Steaks
Baked Beans, Potato Salad,
Deviled Eggs, Pimiento Cheese,
Veggie Kabobs, Broccoli Slaw
Peach Cobbler or Blueberry Yum-Yum

FLAG DAY MEAL
BBQ Ribs or Chicken
Potato Salad or Chips
Baked Beans
Macaroni & Cheese
Watermelon Slices
Sweet Tea
Lemonade
Fruit Pizza or Peach Cobbler

INDEPENDENCE DAY MEAL
Potato Salad or Chips
Baked Beans
Corn on the Cob
Deviled Eggs
Cucumber & Tomato Salad – I have to find my recipe so I can share it but this one is similar.
Sweet Tea
Lemonade
Banana Pudding or Fruit Pizza

I just realized that I never made a post for the special summer meals and recipe links but here it is better late than never… I do believe that a lot of the recipes were on the blog but this just makes them easier to find.
