Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Here is a super-easy way to make Brussels Sprouts. I used some of the Brussels Sprouts I got with my order from Southwestern Produce a couple of weeks ago.

I’ll be trying out some different recipes as I really haven’t made Brussels Sprouts unless it was the microwave bags, a whole lot. Shepherd’s Pie in a Skillet

This recipe is fairly simple and easy to put together. You could leave off the French Fried Onions if you like. I might also try it with some shredded cheese the next time I make it.

If you don’t have an ovenproof skillet you could transfer the meat mixture to a 9×13 greased casserole dish and bake.
