Easy Alfredo Sauce

This is so easy to make and so much better for you than the store-bought stuff. I just used this recently to make Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole and it was so GOOD! This will definitely be our go-to recipe from here on out.

Personal Pita Pizzas

These are so easy to make and so good! Everyone can make their own pizza just the way they like it. When paired with a nice Salad they make a great meal as well!

Personal Pita Pizzas

Ingredients:

  • Pita Bread or tortillas
  • Tomato Sauce, spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce or try Easy Alfredo Sauce for a white pizza sauce
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Toppings of your choice

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Heat the tortillas or pita bread on a cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes until slightly crisp.

Remove from oven and spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on top.

Top with shredded cheese.

Add additional toppings as desired.

Place in the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Enjoy!

Pizza in a Crockpot

Pizza in a Crockpot

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. of meat (browned sausage or hamburger, diced ham, sliced pepperonis, or use a combination of your favorite meat)
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 small can mushrooms, chopped (optional)
  • 1 small can olives, sliced (optional)
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. grated mozzarella cheese
  • 28 oz. spaghetti sauce
  • 2 c. pasta (macaroni, small shells, or your favorite)

Directions:

Place everything, except the pasta, into the crockpot. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

About 30 minutes before serving cook the pasta according to the directions. Drain.

Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir.

Top with additional cheese, if desired. Enjoy!

Popover Pizza
