Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo Casserole

I made this earlier this week when my daughter and son-in-law came to visit before leaving… sniff, sniff... I miss them so much already! It was really delicious with some Quick & Easy Garlic Bread. He actually really loved it and requested the recipe so I thought I’d go ahead and share it with everyone!

This recipe is fairly simple to make and you can actually make it a couple of ways… you can use Easy Alfredo Sauce in the place of the ‘sauce’ for this recipe. You can also add in more or less chicken and/or throw some cooked bacon and/or sauteed mushrooms in there too! This meal works great as a freezer meal as well! Spinach Dip

I love this stuff and when I was pregnant I would crave it… I always kept a batch made up. This is truly a recipe the kids can make by themselves!

This is super easy to make and tastes great with EVERYTHING! We have used it for veggies, chips, and crackers. You could probably add a bit of chopped red bell pepper to make it a little more festive. Continue reading “Spinach Dip”

Banana Bread

This also works great for the freezer. Just allow the bread to cool completely before wrapping in plastic wrap and placing it in the freezer.

Lemon Cake Bars

Homemade Caramel Sauce

I have a few recipes that call for caramel sauce and this homemade version is just so much better than the store-bought kind! It is pretty simple to make as well! Continue reading “Homemade Caramel Sauce”
