I don’t rightly remember where this recipe came from but I do know that my little brother loved it when he was just a little thing… so it’s been around for a while now. You can use this Homemade Buttercream Icing to frost it or give it just a sprinkle of powdered sugar or leave it plain.

Does the moon affect your mood?
I don’t know about you but I’ve always felt that the moon does play a big role in how we feel… I truly believe we are more connected than a lot of science can prove. I see it in my kids too.

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I believe these are the cookies my little brothers had nicknamed ‘Cowboy Cookies’ but I’m not sure. I do know that they are really good and these can be made into gifts by layering the dry ingredients in a jar and attaching a copy of the recipe to the jar with a little bit of ribbon.
