God uses cracked pots

And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter: so he made it again another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.  -Jeremiah 18:4

I know that often times we get caught up in things we believe we ought to be doing, the way we should look, or where we should be in life. Sometimes we wonder if we are too damaged or flawed to be of use anymore or to be able to do what we need to do. I haven’t posted in a bit as I have been super busy around here. My oldest daughter got married last Friday!
Last-minute struggles, cancellations, and changes had us all running a little crazy around here. Lucky for us we have a BIG family and a few very loyal friends.

Its Not About Me.

Over the past few weeks, I have had my feelings hurt quite a bit by someone close to me.
I couldn’t understand what I had done to deserve the treatment I was receiving. It brought back so many painful childhood memories and was making me think about making some major life changes.
