As many of you may know this past Wednesday was ‘Pi Day’ as the date 3-14 represents Pi (3.14). We celebrated here at house with a Pi Party… lol… we had everyone bring their favorite pie, some people brought pizza pies, and we just had a great time. Our Party was a Featured Party opportunity from Tryazon. Product Review: Instant Peel Exfoliant by Earthen Skin Care

Has this winter weather done a number on your skin like it has mine? My face has been dry and rough and it needed a little bit of pampering. Hey you guys! I know I’ve been a little bit scarce lately and I do apologize. I had a lot of great posts that I was working on for this month but things don’t always go as planned… that’s how life works, isn’t it?

Sometimes unexpected things can bring great joy and at other times they can bring us pain and sorrow. Sometimes our plans get changed because we aren’t following the plan God has laid out for us and He needs to redirect us. We all put a lot of time and effort into being good parents, and training our kids in life skills and mealtime manners is part of it – but it can be hard to know just where to start. I often feel like just giving up on getting everyone to eat what I fix without asking for something different.
