If you like chocolate and coconut then you will probably enjoy this cake… I am an undeniable chocaholic and I love coconut so this is an all-around winner for me.

My little brothers and sisters about died the very first time I made this. It was such an ugly cake the first time I tried it but the taste was pure heaven!

Applesauce Cake

I don’t rightly remember where this recipe came from but I do know that my little brother loved it when he was just a little thing… so it’s been around for a while now. You can use this Homemade Buttercream Icing to frost it or give it just a sprinkle of powdered sugar or leave it plain.

No-Bake Cheesecake with Flavor Variations

I love cheesecake and so does my second eldest son… so much that he insists on having cheesecake for his birthday and any other special occasion. I do have a recipe for a traditional cheesecake but I can’t seem to find it at the moment as it may be packed away.

This recipe is simple and tastes great! You can play with the ingredients to make your own flavors as well as trying different variations on the crust until you find your ‘perfect’ combination.
