You can also sprinkle this with chopped peppermint pieces or small candy bits while still warm.

Pizzelles

These dainty little cookies are a real treat. They take me back to my grandmother’s kitchen. Her neighbor would make these delicious little cookies and bring them over every so often. How I loved them! I can’t say that these are as good as the ones I remember but I really do enjoy them.
