Sourdough Bagels… so easy and delicious!
You may not know this but January 15th was National Bagel Day and we celebrated by making some sourdough bagels for the first time and they did not disappoint. I have always been a little intimidated by bagels and pretzels but now I know it is actually pretty easy to make the bagels so the pretzels will be next on my list… hopefully before National Pretzel Day. (April 26th is National Pretzel Day, in case you were wondering!)

This is a recipe we make quite a bit. One of my older sons actually brought some sweet mini peppers to the house one day and made the poppers with the sweet peppers instead of the usual jalapenos and they were AMAZING!
One of the younger boys loves to make these so he takes on the task of getting them ready for the oven whenever we need to make them.
