Hey there! I don’t know about you but I’ve been so crazy busy here lately that I have been ready to just throw my hands up in the air and say ‘ENOUGH’. No more Christmas, no more cleaning, no more school! My house was pure and utter CHAOS today and it has been for the past week. This is a dessert I’ve had a couple of times since I started square dancing. I love it… I mean it’s full of rich chocolatey goodness and layered on top of coconut and pecans… yum! Don’t plan on bringing home leftovers if you take this to a potluck though.
