Cake in a Mug

Pumpkin Roll

I finally found the recipe! My original is floating around somewhere but I found a copy of it in my Holiday Binder in the Thanksgiving folder… right where it should be! My oldest daughter and one of my sisters love to make these around the holidays and everyone looks forward to them!

Old Fashioned Pound Cake

Who doesn’t love pound cake? Seriously, if you don’t enjoy pound cake then I don’t know if we can be friends… just kidding. Here is a classic recipe that always pleases the crowds!

You could probably experiment with extracts to get different flavors and try a simple glaze (confectioner’s sugar, milk,  and optional flavoring) for a little something extra.

Mississippi Mud Cake

If you like chocolate and coconut then you will probably enjoy this cake… I am an undeniable chocaholic and I love coconut so this is an all-around winner for me.

My little brothers and sisters about died the very first time I made this. It was such an ugly cake the first time I tried it but the taste was pure heaven!
