Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

This is a recipe that I’ve had for a while but haven’t made for quite some time! You can have fun and experiment with different flavors and seasonings to find your favorite. We want to try them with some maple syrup one time!

Applesauce Cake

I don’t rightly remember where this recipe came from but I do know that my little brother loved it when he was just a little thing… so it’s been around for a while now. You can use this Homemade Buttercream Icing to frost it or give it just a sprinkle of powdered sugar or leave it plain.

Apple Butter

I don’t post a lot of ‘canning’ recipes on here because most of what I know about canning is in my head. I just do things the way I saw them done when I was young and I can’t really guarantee the accuracy of all of them.

This recipe here is a good one for canning and giving out as gifts though. It really does taste so much better than the store-bought kind too and it makes the house smell so wonderful when it is cooking!

I’ll see if I can dig up my easier crockpot version too!
