I finally found the recipe! My original is floating around somewhere but I found a copy of it in my Holiday Binder in the Thanksgiving folder… right where it should be! My oldest daughter and one of my sisters love to make these around the holidays and everyone looks forward to them!

Old-Fashioned Cornbread Dressing

I got asked for this recipe but I didn’t have it on the blog so I scrounged around my holiday binder to find it… just in time for Turkey Day! This is fairly similar to my Homemade Bread Stuffing except that it is made with cornbread… that is another recipe I’ll have to look for when I get everything unpacked! You can just make the recipe off the back of the bag and it will be fine!

Fun Fact:

What is the difference between stuffing and dressing?

Well, many times stuffing is referred to as being cooked inside the turkey… hence the name while dressing was usually cooked in a separate dish. Many people in the South refer to it as dressing no matter how you cook it.

Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
