Homemade Poopourri Spray

Ingredients:

  • 20-40 drops of your favorite essential oil or a blend of oils (my favorite for this spray is Purity Blend) **you can use more or less depending on your own preference
  • 1-2 t. alcohol
  • 8 – 12 oz of water (just enough to fill your spray bottle– I use one like this but ones like these may work better but you would divide this recipe between them)

Directions:

Add the oil, alcohol, and water to your bottle and shake to mix. You may need to shake this a little before each use also.

Keep the bottle somewhere close to the toilet but out of reach of little hands.

Spray a couple of squirts in the toilet before you go and give it a try.

Homemade Poopourri Spray

I’m absolutely loving this new counter top! It makes the whole kitchen seem different. The kids love it too and best of all it didn’t cost me a fortune to do it!

I really love the Iowa Pine Scented all purpose cleaner, the Peppermint Hand Soap, and the Orange Clove Dish Soap we’ve been using. They make the whole house smell fresh and clean!

Empty Tomb Rolls (aka Resurrection Rolls) and Resurrection Donut Idea

I found this recipe on Facebook a couple of years ago and my kids love to help make these. This has become an Easter tradition in our home. They are a good way to teach about the resurrection of Jesus at any time though!

You can find this recipe listed in our Perpetual Meal Plan – Spring 2024 along with some meal plans for other Spring holidays… 3 months’ worth of meals are all planned out!

There is also a Trim Healthy Mama version HERE. Continue reading “Empty Tomb Rolls (aka Resurrection Rolls) and Resurrection Donut Idea” →
