Easy Chia Pudding

This recipe is pretty easy to make and I’m sure you could adjust it in many ways to suit your taste. I love that this is full of fiber, protein, and lots of healthy fats that little bodies and brains need!

I’m not sure how long this will keep in the fridge as I need to make a new batch every 3 to 4 days because my kiddos just gobble it up! Little miss loves this for breakfast or a snack.

Sourdough Pumpkin Cinnamon Rolls

It’s been a long while since we’ve posted any recipes but here’s one we tried out this morning… we started it last night because it does take a little prep but the kids thoroughly enjoyed them. Mr. Joey said it ranked in the ‘Top 20’ of his all time favorite breakfasts.

Happy Thanksgiving… just a little early

We celebrated our Thanksgiving yesterday as Shyanne is scheduled to be admitted tomorrow for Round 6 of chemo. This should be her final round and we are praying she gets through it smoothly and that we can hopefully be home before Christmas! Yay!
